About Us
UMD for Clean Energy is a student group at the University of Maryland - College Park that was started in the spring of 2007. Our mission is to empower the university community to advocate for clean energy innovations. Through education and mobilization, we seek to strategically organize young leaders to make the necessary change on our campus, in our community, our state, and our nation to make the transition to a clean, just energy future.
